Jon and his team provide an excellent would definatley recommend. Fitted in at short notice for a full service for an excellent price. Price quoted was the price I paid even though the team went above and beyond what I had booked the car in for and also my expectations. They even valeted my car which was a job in itself! They even fixed another issue with my front bumper which they never charged for. As a woman I felt I got a very good service and wasn’t ripped off like other garages. Will definatley be returning for my MOT and any further work that may need carrying out. Book yourselves in you won’t be disappointed with the honest, professional service that these guys offer.   What can I say that hasn’t been said before? These guys advertised a 2011 Saab 9-3 TTiD Vector auto. I put a holding deposit on it as I was overseas. The car was exceptional value as, as advertised, some drongo had taken a key down a couple of panels in the past. A friend of mine near me on the Yorkshire side of the Pennines confirmed he knows these guys are Saab experts and know their stuff. Upon my arrival back in the U.K. they had changed the timing belt and water pump to ensure reliability, and as requested put EU plates on for me. The price of the car doesn’t warrant its condition, it drives exceptionally well and is immaculate inside and out except for the pre existing drongo damage. It’s exceptional value and superb to drive. The deal was done. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to buy a car from and for the repairs and servicing. They guys are polite, helpful, intelligent and provide a quality service. I will be having all services done by then and any maintenance/repairs. In fact I have already asked them to source me a second albeit older Saab. First rate.

  brilliant service and value for money. Full service, premium oil change, MOT, new shoes and skids all round and valet. Whilst i was travelling all week the team arranged pick up and drop off so took all the hassle out of the process.   DPF Clean and Regeneration job - Vauxhall Insignia - Excellent customer experience Rick was punctual informative and courteous. All around a great job too, he provided me with an amazing service. picked the car up from me 8am and dropped it back 10 am also fitted my front grille bagde at no extra cost. Great value for money too, I had been quoted silly prices by 4 other local garages before finally finding out about RTJ Autos.
